RETURNS

We want you to love your order! If something isn’t right, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Free of stains, odors, and pet hair

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method, minus an $8 return shipping fee. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you received the wrong item or something arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll fix it right away at no cost to you!

Final sale items are not eligible for return.

EXCHANGES

Need a different size? We’re happy to swap it! Exchanges have a flat $8 fee, which covers your prepaid return label. We’ll ship your new size at no cost.

Please send the original item(s) back within 14 days of receiving your return label. If we don’t receive them, we’ll charge you for the new item.

Items must meet the same condition requirements as returns. If the original item comes back worn, washed, or damaged, we’ll send you an invoice for the new item.
